The data center industry is living its “best life” right now. Demand for AI, cloud computing, and streaming services is so high that according to the WSJ December 28, 2024, article by Will Parker, cities like Atlanta have practically become the Las Vegas of server farms—flashing lights, big bets, and plenty of power.
