In just 10 weeks, you’ll build a custom GPT and onboard a cross-section of your sales team. This collaborative process is designed to showcase the true potential of AI-powered sales enablement tools.

The 3 Phases of Your Proof of Value

1.Preparation Phase - During this phase, we work closely with you to define the scope, select your team, and curate the content that will feed into your custom GPT. By honing in on these elements, we ensure that your AI-powered sales coaching tool delivers relevant, high-impact results.

Scope -

Choose the focus for your GPT—whether it's the entire sales team, a specific product line, or a target vertical. Customization ensures that your AI-powered sales readiness software aligns perfectly with your sales goals.

People -

Select up to five team members with a diverse range of skills and experience. The diversity of perspectives will help refine how Shadow delivers personalized, actionable insights, and where performance improvements are most evident.

Content & Assets -

Gather GTM and target industry & account info. This will include reviewing your current content to ensure that your AI-powered sales enablement tool is built with the most relevant and impactful information.

2. Onboarding Phase - Once Shadow, the custom AI-powered sales coaching tool is ready, we onboard your sales team, teaching them how to effectively interact with Shadow. The training emphasizes prompt crafting, maximizing the value of AI-driven insights to enhance sales readiness and productivity.

3. Review Phase - We’ll conduct a thorough review to assess how well the AI-powered sales readiness software is driving value. The results of this POV will show the tangible benefits of using a customized GPT to boost sales strategy, effectiveness, and overall team performance.
